SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Order Processing
    All orders placed through The LARP Vault are automatically forwarded to our fulfillment partner AutoDS. AutoDS processes orders using verified AliExpress suppliers.
    Processing time typically ranges from 1 to 5 business days, depending on supplier workload, product availability, and seasonal volume.

Orders cannot be modified once they have entered the AutoDS fulfillment queue.

  1. Shipping Times
    Shipping times vary depending on the supplier, destination country, and the shipping method selected by AutoDS/AliExpress at the time of fulfillment.

Estimated delivery times:
• United States: 7 to 20 business days
• Canada: 10 to 25 business days
• United Kingdom: 7 to 20 business days
• European Union: 10 to 25 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10 to 25 business days
• Rest of World: 10 to 30 business days

These are estimates provided by AutoDS and AliExpress suppliers. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak‑season congestion.

  1. Tracking Information
    Once your order is fulfilled by AutoDS, a tracking number will be automatically emailed to you.
    Tracking updates may take 2 to 5 business days to appear, depending on the supplier and carrier.

Some international carriers may not update tracking until the package reaches the destination country.

  1. Multiple Shipments
    If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on supplier availability.
    You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment when applicable.

  2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
    International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
    These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

The LARP Vault is not responsible for:
• Customs delays
• Additional import fees
• Packages held or returned due to unpaid duties

  1. Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses
    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
    The LARP Vault is not responsible for:
    • Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
    • Lost packages resulting from carrier errors
    • Packages returned to sender due to non‑collection

If a package is returned to the supplier, reshipment fees may apply.

  1. Lost or Delayed Packages
    A package is considered lost only when the carrier or supplier confirms it cannot be delivered.
    If tracking shows no movement for 30 consecutive days, we will open an investigation with AutoDS and the supplier.

Refunds or replacements are issued only after supplier confirmation.

  1. Pre‑Order and Backorder Items
    Some products may be temporarily out of stock or require additional processing time.
    If an item is on backorder, you will be notified by email with updated delivery expectations.

  2. Shipping Countries
    The LARP Vault ships worldwide except to regions restricted by carriers, customs regulations, or supplier limitations.

If your country is not available at checkout, we cannot ship to your location at this time.
